When you feel sexy, you are sexy. You can be 20 or 60 and still exude sensuality - it's simply a matter of getting back in touch with your femininity. But how do you channel inner confidence if you simply feel worn out and beyond your years? Everyone has something they can play up, and with a little know-how and a lot of willingness, you're sure to gain a newfound sexiness that everyone around you will notice. H ere are some great tips on how you can finally bring your sexy back:
1. Makeover Time
If it's been awhile since you've tapped into your sexy side, it may be time for a make over. Nothing kills your confidence more than being stuck in a makeup or wardrobe rut. Flip through the pages of beauty and fashion magazines to get an idea of what the current trends are, and head to the nearest Bobby Brown makeup counter and your hairstylist (maybe a new one) and get a makeover.
Experts say that the way you wear your hair during downtime tells a lot about your passion preferences. While a ponytail seems like an innocent schoolyard do or a Britney Spears Video, ponytail wearers tend to be bold between the sheets. “In fact, pulling your hair away from your eyes rather than hiding behind it indicates sexual self-confidence,” says Ian Kerner, Ph.D., author of Be Honest You're not that into him either. Loving your hair's untamed state is a sign that you're comfortable in your own skin. "You're likely to be relaxed about life, love and sex," says Kerner. "You'll let yourself go in bed without fear of getting mussed up."
2. Visit a Spa
Take good care of yourself because when you feel good on the outside, your self confidence will shine through and you'll have a natural sexiness about you. Visit a spa for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience or take matters into your own hands and turn your bathroom into your own private luxury spa for a day.
3. Exercise IS Sexy
Exercising is one of the best ways you can feel sexy. There are endless exercises on the web designed for sexier arms or a shapelier butt. Don't let your body block your way to feeling sexy, hide what you want to, reveal the choice pickings. Every woman has something admirable about her shape. As you begin to feel more gorgeous in your own skin, people will automatically be drawn to your natural sex appeal.
4. Sex Appeal at home
Bring your sexy back by investing in some "me time" in the comfort of your home. Surround yourself in a rich sensory environment and you'll immediately feel more seductive. Make your home cozy, soothing and inviting by using warm colors and candles. According to Interior Designer Barbara Barry, “ The world is so cluttered and we are constantly bombarded with info and images. We need a little more presence of absence to revive our souls”. Make the bedroom minimalist and as fresh and special as you can. Buy a new set of sheets and take out the TV for starters.
5. Be Confident or Fake It
Perhaps you aren't a naturally confident kind of woman. That puts you with about 95 percent of the population. Fortunately, being confident and pretending to be confident is essentially the same thing. W hen you have no self-confidence, people pick up on that quickly. If you focus on your flaws, you'll force others to focus on them as well, carry yourself with your head held high and walk like you're the most beautiful woman in the world.
